We carried out customer satisfaction surveys on board all bus routes and focus groups with 16-24 year olds where they had a chance to give feedback on design decisions on the 16-24 travelcard.
Research enabled TRaveline Cymru to change the way they communicate with their16 – 24 year old customers.
